The trio was formed after a live jam session in Copenhagen more than ten years ago, and the talented trio’s sound is based on virtuoso and burning musical ability across a number of instruments including violin, accordion, piano and cittern.
Tirelessly exploring new challenges both for themselves and their audiences, Dreamers’ Circus draws on their solid backgrounds in traditional and roots music to present a genre-expanding fusion of folk music sensitivity, jazz improvisation and classical music complexity, expressed through a openness to popular musical influences. The result is music that is decidedly modern as well as rhythmically and melodically captivating.
